Good Chance for White Christmas on tap for the City
« on: December 11, 2013, 05:09:15 PM »
From a weather friend: here's the snowfall coverage for Christmas Day model:

It's going to get in the 50's next mid week but on Friday before Christmas the bottom falls out again.

one model shows this as the second major storm starting with one that came in last week in a series of 5 in a period of 8 weeks.

Well I guess we will see HUH?  I just get a giggle when they they try to predict weather months (or weeks) in advance. When you consider they usually cant get it right day by day.

As far as being clear after Christmas. Well for the travelers, I hope so too. It doesnt make any difference for me personally. I have to work Friday night after Christmas, but the payoff is-we get Monday off the next week, so we get 2 weeks in a row of 5 days off.
