Big Jack's Sandwiches

I didn't know you could take something perfect and make it better.  If you are a fan of the Big Jack if you add an avacado to it, it's the best thing in the world!!
I'm gettin' outta here, no matter what!

What did you have?  I haven't eaten there in years, but now I hear it's pre-made sandwiches.  Glad to hear it was good.

I had what is called the Big Jack, it's a New Orleans style muffelatta.  They do pre-make their sandwiches now but made daily fresh.  There was too high a demand for them during lunch.  I personally eat the skillet meals or taters then take one home for the next day's lunch, that way I can at least "go back" in my mind  the next day.:P :P

The sandwiches look good, but i am not a fan of olives and unfortunately the muffelatta has the spread on it. If it was an Italian Girdiniera I would be all over it...but the olives make me cringe!

alright here's my plan...I am picking up a sandwich IF I can get the spread on the side, and I will buy some giardiniera from the general store...now that means they would have to make it...but I will try to figure something out.
