Parson will get it on the other 1/2. Yes these are infact viewing holes for a "peak" (that's how they spelled it)at the early days of SDC.
Inside are models of buildings from different years of SDC built by a 14-year-old boy, Gage.

This is not Where In The City!  But I was curious if anyone has seen this advertisement along the roads in Southwest Missouri?  I would only guess early to mid 1970's - and yes it is still as it is in this picture.  I took it today on the way back from SDC.  I have seen it on several occasions to SDC and back, but just decided today to take a photo.  Okay! Question is can anyone guess or know where it is located at?  It just might be the oldest roadside advertisement of SDC today.

Junior

Don't know where it is, but my guess is that the ad is from mid to late 80s. Maybe early 90s.
"Howdy there folks! My name is Junior Dugan, and I'll be drivin' your diving bell!"

The roadside advertisement is actually about 4 miles outside of Reeds Spring on 248/413 (left side of road) going toward Galena.  It is about 25 feet off the main road.

It's funny you bring that up, because I could have sworn I saw the same thing on Highway 65 in Arkansas going towards Branson.

However, I am probably blending too many memories together.  :D
