Wild guess: The queue building for Giant Swing? It looks like this is on a mirror, and the reflected windows look a lot like the roof windows of the GS building.

All I know is that I can make out the words

Okay, I am going to start systematically naming off every single attraction at Silver Dollar City until I find out the answer!

So my first guess is the Hospitality House.

OK. I think it's a faded and wrinkled decal on the inside of window as viewed from the outside, and you can see florescent lights inside the room. I'm gonna say Jack's Sandwich shop.
