And we DO in fact have a winner!!! (I'll take Candy House BTW) This is on the back wall of Brown's Candy Factory on a mirror. I have looked at this many times, and attempted to figure out what it said , and it wasn't until I changed the contrast that I found what tinaalsgirl also found...

I am glad to bring light to these minor details that SDC offers for theming. For all the info that is Not in Miss Mary's Time, I think these small details are still what helps us forget about some of those overlooked items or details from the park.
