Steam Punk would be a good theme for a coaster; you could merge the sawmill themes in with it really well.
I'm a little "mature" for steampunk maybe, but I am aware of it and there is a lot of creativity in it.

Hi, I found this site last weekend, after my first visit to Silver Dollar City. I visited Thursday afternoon and Friday and I was really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Sorry I did not visit before. I have enjoyed reading the posts including the historical stuff and the links to the other sites.
I rode Outlaw Run which was pretty awesome, then the flume ride (got soaked). The City is just beautiful and I hope to visit again around the third weekend of October, ride some more coasters and see the cave.

How about one looking toward the riders at the end of Outlaw Run's corkscrew? or looking up at the riders as they break over the top at the first drop? One showing the drop at the Flume ride would be good.

That lady that fell out at Six Flags was pretty large, from the photo I saw.

In character: that's a good idea. At least tell the younger ones to keep the tattoos covered. Young ladies used to not do that.
They could have been making some lye soap; also I would like to see a sawmill, but that's impractical: too dangerous and noisy, but that's how people lived "back then".

Makes sense, in case something went wrong with the holddown bar latching.
Like the fire-retardant clothing we wear at work: you still burn up, but at least you had it on; looks better in court I suppose.

Bluegrass, etc. would fit right in and be a little different fromt eh highly-produced shows in town.

I rode Outlaw Run last Thursday afternoon; it does indeed hold onto you. Good thing, too.
I hope to ride it the second time with my eyes open.

I would pay $12 for a hamburger and fries, and they would be HOT and a more generous portion of fries.

Thanks! I see it on GoogleEarth. I did not go far enough in that direction.

That's what I did.

Hi, I was there Friday afternoon and Saturday, and I missed Thunderation: where is it?
I did not know about it until I had left the park.
I did ride Outlaw: it was a little wild for me.
I was very impressed and enjoyed my visit; I hope to return in about a month to see the fall foliage.
