I would like to tell you of at least THREE GHOSTS that haunt the SFSTL park. As some may know there were two fatal accidents at the park. In 1978 a gondola feel from the first arm of the SkyWay. Three people were killed. It was revealed that it was a mechanical malfunction, 2 girls and a man died. The ghost of a little girl has been seen playing in the area where the one arm was located in the former USA (now Studio section of the park). I personally have seen this spirit in the transfer house located by the mine train. Also in 1984, a lady was killed on the RAIL BLAZER, a stand up coaster, when it was proved that her husband pushed her out of the car when it went around a bend, her body slamming into a nearby tree. It was revealed that she enjoyed the shows. One night I was shutting down "Police Academy Stunt Show" at the Empire Theatre (formally where Sid and Marty Kroffts Puppet Shows were held), I stood on the stage facing the seats stating that we were dark for the evening making sure no one was still in the building. Out of nowhere a voice stated "IM HERE TIM!". I decided to say it again, suddenly the "ghost light" a security light above the stage started to swing back and forth, then the temp in the auditorium dropped. I rushed out of there and turned in the keys. A supervisor asked what was wrong, I looked like a saw a ghost. I told them wat happened, and they said I just met "Stella" the woman who died on the coaster. And then there is the man called "The Pig Man". It is said that the park was the site of a pig farm and the owner refused to let them buy the park. Someone forced him out, as he was carted away, he placed a curse on the land. Soon, he died. It is said that his spirit still roams the park. One night a friend and I were dowing a sweep in back of the Screamin Eagle, just talking and walking the back service road, we heard pig calls and pig sounds in the distance maybe about 100 feet of us. There is no farms in the area. One night I worked overnights at Wardrobe. I was by myself and there was noone in the building. Out of the corner of my eye there was a older man standing amongst the clothing. When I turned around there was noone there.
