It all looks really nice in my opinion. Can't wait to see how it all turns out.

The layout in the concept matches up with the newest model vekoma Suspended Coaster, like this one.

With the right theming this area could look fantastic. I would also believe this is the first step to connecting the park to the second train loop and will only temporarily come to a dead end like Timber Canyon originally did.

There's lots of construction updates about a large new expansion area everywhere but here, thought I'd mention it.
