Title: All Time fav movies ever!
Post by: Andymeets1880s on July 16, 2010, 12:29:10 AM
Ok everyone, this is not a "top" list or list in order way of doing this. I just thought it might be neat to list your all time favorite movies ever. No order, just type them as they come. Sound cool? In no particular order, mine are:

TITANIC (1998 version, quite a masterpiece of sets and props)
FORREST GUMP (truly inspirational)
TOMBSTONE (this movie just kicks backside)
PATTON (Geo. C. Scott's performance is brilliant)
SINGIN IN THE RAIN (I can watch Donald O' Connor do "Make Em' Laugh" over and over and over)
NATIONAL TREASURE (being an amatuer historian, I love this storyline)
TRUMAN (Gary Sinise is brilliant in the lead role)
STAR WARS (the beginning of a whole 'nother world on our Earth)
SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION (another inspiration and great acting)

You dont have to list what you liked in each of your picks like I did. I just did it to give you an idea of why I liked it. Maybe after this, we can dive into other subjects and pick our favs.

Mystery Science Theater-ANY OF THEM!!!

I found these guys online.  These days they are producing downloadable material so you can play their audio during a movie.  Cost is minimal and some previews are on their site.  Not sure how I found it - maybe through a Facebook ad.

Those are great, and like a modern continuation of the 90's movies. The iTune tracks are downloaded, and they sinc up perfectly with the movie, just as funny too.
