Title: Mountain Coaster Damaged in Storm
Post by: History Buff on May 29, 2017, 11:27:18 AM
It looks like this attraction is going to be closed for the foreseeable future.  Saturday's storm took its toll on the mountain coaster:

Those storms also flooded the Danna's location there at Fall Creek. They're going to be closed until at least this weekend

Drove by Danna's today.  Lots of activity going on to open as soon as possible.  A news article posted 3 feet of water in dining room.  Luckily, it hit as they were cleaning to close up for the night.

Holy crap, that must have been a torrent. Those are some big piles/blocks to be pulled straight out of the ground. This much damage is going to take them a long time to fix - and this is the absolute worst time for it.  :(

Bad year for these guys between this and the added competition from the new place.
