I guess they've included a blurb about a new kids area in the recent mailing? It's not anywhere online, so I guess it's probably pretty small. Probably just a little splash pad behind the big kids area.

I never heard anything about this. I was wondering if they were going to build something new this year because it is time for a new ride.

Nothing like ripping the name off one of your competitors.  Coconut Cove already exists at Oceans of Fun and has for a long time now.

Ooops.  This has to be either a bad oversight or there's something more to it.  Im guessing the former.  I just can't imagine they ripped it off for no other reason than its a good name that they liked.   Now something more sinister, maybe. ..

Coconut Cove did look a bit small of a 1-6 year old water playground compared to what others have. Glad they are making it bigger, just like other parks have. Cant wait to see what they come up with. If its in WW, I know it will be great.
