Title: how crowded will April 2 be? first timer....
Post by: 3littlepiggies on April 01, 2016, 10:59:55 AM: With this being Young Christians Weekend, should we avoid going on Saturday? We have never visited but purchased annual passes and want to take 3 kids under 8.....

Post by: shavethewhales on April 01, 2016, 11:36:50 AM: It will be slammed, but the main things that will be affected are the big rides. If your kids are only interested in the smaller rides, it might not be terrible. The park will still be difficult to get in and out of, and around in.

Honestly, for your first visit I'd skip Saturday. YCW is a circus and not necessarily the best time to experience the city unless you like dealing with thousands of young teenagers and whatever is hip in the christian music scene these days.

2 words... DONT GO!!!,

Sunday isn't so bad if you start early, but tends to get busy at noon or so, then the kids come out of the wood work..!!

Ok. But in my defense, the thread is about YCW. You state you will be there that weekend as well and ask if the Friday (that has already passed) will be busy. Unless some pertinent info was left out of your post that you thought you had put in there... what else are we to think?
