Heres the deal, I met with the manager of the motel that i have been staying at this summer. have been here 5 or 6 weekends.
We do not have a room charge as of yet, but seems like it will be right at 40.00 per nite plus any applicable taxes. in this case tax is 4.84
WE WILL VERIFY PRICE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
I can tell you this, the rate will be for 2 queens or 1 king, and good for up to 4 people in 1 room, No added charges for 2 or 3 or 4.....1 Fee!!
Also every room has a fridge and microwave.
motel has 3 wifi motems throughout so every room has good strong signal.
they also have puter in office tied to printer for customers to use
Also room key gets you 10% discount in at least 6 restaurants up and down shepherd of the hills trafficway.
Motel is in area around IMAX.
Continental breakfast of course ???
I will finalize hotel name, phone number, pictures and so on when we get price finalized. I wanted to post this for feedback.. who might stay here?

I'm interested.. I have spent 14 nights in Branson so far this season.

me too so far, i have about 6 more nites scheduled, we will see how the pricing goes.. AND if it doesnt work out i will let you know where motel. Maybe you can stay there anyway.. right now I am paying about 45 per nite as a repeat customer. ;D

I would be interested. However we have had some bad experiences at hotels so hopefully it is not one of those.

no worries about that. i have been staying there all year and am 100% satisfied. If i was unhappy i would not stay there and i sure would not try to get us a "package" deall for the fan club ;D

in case I missed somethin, what motel is it and how do they know we are sdcfans? do they have a list of screen names or do we name drop sdcfans.com?

I love the Best Western next door to SDC with the free shuttle. But for the right price I would consider this motel.

I am really intrested now... The Motel I always stay at is closing.. I am needing an inexpensive place to stay on the weekend of Nov 5th - 7th.

Identify yourself as a SDCfan club member
Talk to Paige (manager) or Lance (husband), they live on premises.
Price for now 45.00 per nite + Taxes, ( we are still trying to lock in lower price,
but for now this will be "our" price)
And the price is per room, NOT depending on how many people,
She has discounts arranged with local restaurants and at IMAX also.
If you want to do a show?, She can get discount tickets also..
She is expected to close mid-december, So call in and reserve now!,
If enough of us reserve rooms she may be able to stay open through dec. i already have
my reservations made.
As I said before I have stayed here all year, 5 or 6 trips.. NO problems at any time!

Good WIFI --- coffee- fridge- microwave in every room
Nice breakfast, waffles, cereal,rolls,toast, orange juice.

I just made my room reservations there... They also own the Best Western right next door.

I believe they own the best western on the east end of town. (Old branson)...
I am sure the own next door is owned by different company.. :-[

I just got off the phone with manager Paige, and the SDCFans discount price has been approved, it will be 40.00 per nite, through this year. And will carry through next year!
They are scheduled to close 12-15-10 and reopen 3-15-10..

I do have questions... In one spot you say $40 and in another you say $45.... Besides that we liked our stay there. We had a great time and the free Breakfast was not huge but was all we needed. I do think that when SDC is open for breakfast we will still eat there.

the sdcfans price as of today is 40.00 plus tax..... I just got it finalized with Paige this evening.. up until now, price should have been 45.00 plus tax. glad your stayed there.. I asked Paige about you and she did remeber talking to you.
true enough the breakfast is not a full fledged "buffet". but the coffee is hot, and the waffles and rolls are fresh.
I still think this will be a great chance for us "fans: to have a nice place to stay, and be close to the park and pay reasonable rates for the room.

junior, Your welcome. :) No trouble, we have been staying there all year, and they do care about the business they are running. So it makes a good "partnership" for us all! And there may be more specials to come.. we will see. :-X
