hey i noticed on sdc site that in the concessions area they offer carmel apples, and deep fried twinkies and oreos....i have never seen these there and i as wondering at what stands/ eateries i could get these...thanx
I was in line for the saloon with some people who had a deep fried twinkie and oreo. They said they got them somewhere around that area. That's all I got. Go for the fried pickles instead.
I had the Twinkie adn my wife had the Oreos at CC, but I haven't seen them at SDC...Not that I would indulge in that ALL the time. I agree the pickles are the way to go, at least it is a deep fried vegetable instead of a deep fried-thing that is already bad for you before you even think of frying it!
In the past the deep fried twenkies were at the food stand across from Tom and Hucks Fort.
I think I've also seen them in the concessions right next to the Saloon, or in that area like the OP said.
I've seen them on the menu on the other side of Hill Street - somewhere upstream of the Lumberjacks.
