Title: Turning Unused 2020 SP into 2021 pass

I thought I saw a link posted on these boards to refresh your 2020 SP (unused) into a 2021 Pass.  Was I mistaken or do you have to call for this?  Wait times are long on the phone trying to skip that if possible.  Any help apprechiated

At first they were having you fill out a small questionaire but now you do not even need to do that.  If you did not use your season pass it will rollover automatically and you should receive it or them between January 18 and March 20, 2021.
