More sad news for the owner "trying" to open the defunct park

This had the potential to be interesting, but the "owner" is literally insane. He's had a number of recent run-ins with the police involving drug use, he's repeatedly stated that the project is over only to come back a week or two later promising to start fresh, and just a month or so ago he had a major break down and was out there smearing paint around all over the place and telling people to come take what they want from the park. I'm not sure what he has left after giving so much away and destroying things for the fun of it during his manic episodes.
He's got serious problems. Someone needs to force him into some kind of care/therapy before he does something too crazy.
