t's an ideal I've tossed about here and I finally got bored and made a couple of copies and did a mash up with the kids today. Took a space that once was for a screen at a local drive in and did this.i've got theming ideas down and will share those later on. I've mentioned this for a CC reuse here as well, but never gave it a visual, a one of a kind Drive and Dive In. Yes, a screen behind the wave pool for movie nights.
Fun...planning that for Fayetteville?
I don't think you'll be able to get away with a wave pool within the lazy river. Don't the wave pool have rather large infrastructure that goes behind them?
I might actually go out for the movies if I got a waterpark day with it.

That's really not close to scale but it's been done.
It's based off an existing drive in in Fayetteville, but it is not sight specific.
If I was actually building it, it would likely be as less conventional wave pool and more lime a dual pool pool like this, one side with small waves and one with huge waves. But a wave pool is important as it's the main area for movie viewing. I'd love a wave river though. My kids and I love the ones at Schlitterbahn.
Two sided wave pool with lazy river that has a segment that's a wave river:

That looks like a fun park....
Where are you getting these plans?
