I just had asudden though about Dollywood!

What happens if Dolly died?

But, the Herschend's would still own the park and I'd expect the park to keep the name Dollywood in her honor, and because people recognize the name.

I would think that her immediate family members would have the option of being involved in the park if they so desire.  Also, I think her immediate family members would receive a portion of the revenues that Dolly currently receives.

Walt Disney's been dead for years (or is he?), and his name's still on the gate.  His story is still told, and through the magic of Disney he still walks around the parks holographically after hours.
