Was at the city on 5/8 and 5/9 for Bluegrass and BBQ. Thought you might like to know of the major change at the Opera House. Instead of hosting 3 shows lasting 30 - 45 minutes, there are now 2 shows per day each lasting 1 hour.
Prices for BBQ are better at Riverside Rib House than in Red Gold.
Had the pleasure today of listening to Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers and Feller and Hill, among others. Great entertainment from superb musicians.
My ribs at Reunion Hall were dry. Everything else was quite good.
I was impressed that there were two other types of bbq at this years festival other than sdc's bbq. I was dissapointed though at the lack of mustard based sauces there. I got whole hog bbq and was quite pleased with it.
