Title: Cast members of OTC shows
Post by: LinnH on December 20, 2013, 07:43:03 PM
Is there any way to find out the names of the cast members for "A Christmas Carol" or "Its a Wonderful Life"?
The guy who plays Scrooge is SO talented!
Thanks!  :D

David Wallace plays Scrooge most of the time.  His wife Rachel plays the Ghost of Christmas Present (plus one of the chorus singers and the angel headstone).  They played the major roles in this summer's Saloon show and have each been a part of GAC Nights, though I believe Rachel took a role in a theater on 76, this year.  Oddly, David is much younger than his character at the Opera House.

Thank you so much!!
Would you happen to know if the person who played George Bailey in it's
a wonderful life this year was Stephen Todd?
I thought that was him, he choreographed my show choir once!

@LinnH
The role of George Bailey in "It's A Wonderful Life" is played by Adam Henry.

If that's the same Adam Henry (and based on location, I'm guessing it is), I saw him as Marius in "Les Miserables" at the Springfield Little Theatre in 2012, and he was INCREDIBLE! Did he play George the first year of IAWL? 'Cause both times I saw it, I and my friends were just stunned by how amazing he was!

And David Wallace, man, my friend got serenaded by him when he was playing Fabian at the Saloon Show, and my god, what a voice! And I always enjoyed Rachel's performance as Miss Roots. I loved seeing them in Christmas Carol the last time I went to see it (was a couple seasons ago now).

I feel like the actors in all these shows deserve some kind of recognition for their performances. Some kind of playbills or something would be cool.
