Title: water maze

i was just reading a scan of an old map/brochure and it said some thing about a 1000 sq ft water maze with 12 ways to go through it. anyone know anything about this?

no it was old. nick didnt even come to sdc then. it was the debut year of the candydancer

It's from a 1984 brochure.  Dukefan posted the scans on these forums.  Here's the page orient express is talking about.  It even features a picture of the water maze itself.  Looks like it was down on the Riverfront.

Does anyone have any additional information?  My guess is it was attached to Lake Silver in some way.

Apparently it was just a small rope and platform area that jutted out over the water.

Here's another link to a map from around that same time.  They mention the debut of the Gandy Dancer but not the Water Maze.
