How crowded is SDC wed before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day?
Never heard about Wed. But have heard that on thursday afternoon, they have a lot of traffic.. I guess there a lot of people wiht nothing to do Thanksgiving afternoon/evening ;D

Thanksgiving Day had light crowds until a couple of years ago. Now, it's crazy busy. Park opens at 4:00, but dinner is served at 2:00 (I think). We left last year early evening as it was "shoulder to shoulder". It's usually a polite crowd, and the city is beautiful. I read somewhere that there's usually a mass exit after the first parade. I expect a large crowd this year as nice weather is predicted.
Wednesday before is not too crowded. My family has traditionally gone that day for years. It used to be really slow, but over the years has picked up some, but not too bad overall.
