I don't know if many of you know, but September 3rd is the last day you will be able to get rides on the Texas Chute Out or Flashback at Six Flags Over Texas. They are removing those rides for future development.

I'm not really going to miss Flashback, but I will definately miss the Chute Out. I know it wasn't very thrilling, but we would ride that ride everytime we went to the park. I have fond memories of my mother, and others who are not with me anymore, riding that ride with me.

Anyway, to those that want one last ride, you have until September 3rd.

Thanks for the heads up! It is never fun to see some of the classics go, but I am excited about future developments.

In case you haven't heard, Flashback will not be down long. It is to be rebuit at Six Flags St. Louis for 2013.
