I'm not sure if I ever posted this before. I have new one from last year too.
That was really neat!!
We saw them at SDC a couple times. My sister has a huge crush on her grandson!
I love Violet. Sher's awesome ;D

They moved her into the old Carousel barn this last October. Her family thought it was getting too hot out on the square. Rube, have you ever thought about building a violin. I think that would be awesome
This is a wonderful lady. I've met and spoken with her. She is a true living legacy, and I'd highly recommend if you can afford one of her fiddles you better get one soon. She's been around a long, long time, and time is running out.
I made it to her birthday celebration at the park a few years back, and sat and talked with her about her magazine appearances (National Geographic etc.) Great lady. I thought about making a violin, but had no clue where to start! I think the next tree I have to fall on our land will have to be a nice walnut for us to use for something like this...or to have someone make a fiddle for us out of it!
Maybe I can get one from her grandson. She was teaching him how to build them when I was there

She is definitely a dynamic lady! I had the chance to meet her last October as well. She was there, still working hard on those fiddles. :)
