If you go to the Silver Dollar City channel on youtube this is the animation that most if not all of the videos start with. The animations are better than the still picture. Go check it out.
I definitely saw the 50th Anniversary animation last year, but this is the first time I have noticed the animation for the new logo. Although I always thought the blue, and gold outer bands on the new logo are a bit thick for my taste, I love that Silver Dollar City is embracing technology, and keeping their image fresh, but at the same time sticking with their roots.
Just my opinion folks.. Dont like it, they modernized it too much. Ofcourse i'm ol'-school. As ya all would say -- not in Mrs. Marys time!

I haven't seen that yet, but I like it. Except I agree, the colors do make it look really modern, which I'm not too big on.
But it does look really nice.
