First thought was 200 is a little steep :P
Maybe that is in pennies ;D
OK FINE!! TRY to find out the info for a guy..... Make 1 little mistake....... AND your marked for the rest of the day!!!!!!!!
$20.00 for adults plus tax....
20.00 is high to drink out of a wax paper cup and eat off foam!
I thought so too,,, But you all know how I hate to voice my opinion!!! :o :o LOL
It was high last year but I cant remember how high. I thought maybe they would
try to attract a larger audience by making the meal a little more affordable.
Think again !
I agree mh. considering molly's price is around 13 dollars and she has bbq and all the fixns too. I know the 20.00 buffet is supposed to be for all that food, but how much food do they think a "normal" adult is really gooing to eat?

Well thats just the deal, not as much as you think. When you go up to a food bar they know how much you are going to eat already. I have been it the food business for years and a person can eat only so much food and SDC knows this. Now its true some will eat more than another but some eat less, if you serve a buffett as opposed to plating food for a group you will always come out ahead and use less food per person on a buffet.
Its a lot about how they have it arraigned salads first, starch second, veg third, meat fourth. I dont understand the pricing here they are not serving steak. Chicken and Pork are cheap and brisket isn't that high either.
I will check it out when I am there to see exactly what they are serving but I will not buy the buffet, I would prefer to go eat lobster at Landrys off of a real plate and brought to my table by a waitress for the same price.
agreed. I will pay for good table service every time. ;D
don't eat for about 3 days ahead of time and it might be worth it.
@sanddunerider - I was just funnin' ya ;D
^ yeah me too :D
The All you can Eat Buffet IS pricey. But they give you a lot. Last year, my family ate there at Reunion Hall. You get your side dishes at the buffet, but they bring the meat to you on a giant platter, and they bring you a variety of meats....ribs, brisket, pulled pork, etc. If you don't finish the first platter (and we didn't) you could take the leftovers home. If you ordered a second platter of meat you had to eat it or loose it. My family of 7 didn't make it through the first platter and took leftovers home. Having said that, we probably would eat there again. It wasn't our kind of BBQ, the pulled pork tasted more like pork roast cooked in an oven, it lacked that smokey quality. And the ribs were tough! We like ribs where the meat comes off the bone easily. These ribs made a great chew toy for my three-year-old.
Hey okie and mudhead, I knew you were funin me. NO offense taken... ;D
take leftovers home? well that might not be quite so bad, But still intitially sounds high ???
$20 a person is too high.
We went down this past weekend. The amount of food is enormous, and it was all very, very good. Table service was ecellent. We broght home what we couldn't eat. The price is high, but you can't eat at a decent steakhouse for that much, and the food surpasses most. Definitely better that what Mollie's normally serves.
Everyone I talked to say the $20 was worth it, especially when they let you take the leftovers. Most places never let you take the leftovers. The BBQ is really good too!
I didnt try it, but heard a lot of people there bragging about the food!
I have to say, at first i was pretty dissapointed that the price was $20; but after hearing that you can take home the leftovers, that doesn't sound too bad. Having a "to go" box at a buffet is pretty much un-heard of.
