Just read this, I am ready to see the new shows.:
"The Showboat Branson Belle is scheduled to cruise Table Rock Lake again tomorrow afternoon, but the Coast Guard hasn't signed off on the necessary paperwork yet. A spokesman for Herschend Family Entertainment, owner of the Showboat, said in an email to reporters today that the Coast Guard has been very cooperative in the process. The Showboat suffered some damage when it ran aground during a storm last December. No one was hurt, but passengers were kept on board overnight until heavy winds subsided. The last few shows of the season were cancelled as repairs started. H-F-E says almost a half million dollars in work and modifications have been made. The company also changed its policy in regards to the weather, saying now that they will call off any cruise if sustainted wind speeds are clocked at 20 miles per hour with gusts at 25 miles per hour. The Showboat is confident the paperwork will come thru in time for Friday's noon cruise. A dress rehearsal is being held at this hour at White River Landing on Table Rock Lake.""
Soft opening for the Showboat is today with the new shows, new menus, etc. Grand opening is April 9th. The links below have some pictures and more information.

Has the belle been approved for open water yet? ???

1st shows were march 25th, but they had not been approved by the coast gaurd for the open water.. so the shows were dockside.
Its official, the Belle is back on the water.
Paige from Eagles Lodge posted earlier that the Belle was given approval last week for "open" water cruising.
