750 million dollars? and will make 15-20,000 jobs?  Sounds like a risk to me right now.

This guy has already been exposed as a schmuck. http://www.tennessean.com/article/20110303/WILLIAMSON01/110303014/Spring-Hill-theme-park-idea-once-pitched-Las-Vegas

He hasn't even bought the land yet, or applied to have the proper roadway infrastructure put in place (which could take 6 years or more), or even copyrighted the name, but he says he wants to open in about a year and a half.

It's sad, because Nashville could use a good park, and stunts like this not only help scare off real prospects, they also weaken the credibility of the entire industry, which is already hurting right now with the failures of numerous parks in recent years.

Sounds to me like the plans aren't going to go anywhere. The way I read the article it sounded like the idea had already been chucked out the window. Plus, the new park would have to compete with DOllywood which counting all of it's properties has 4 million visitors a year with lots of loyal season passholders to all DOllywood attractions (Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, DOllywood Vacations, Dixie Stampede).
