Just thought i'd share these also. Enjoy.

Ride the Ducks pics
love the ducks...
in all my years of going to Branson, that was my 1st time on the Ducks. i enjoy'd it.
more..
ol' racecar i spotted on the way to Branson
sceneic overlook park right outside of Branson before ya get to City. we always spend about a hour there before we head to the park, just love walkin' them trails early in the morning when there's no noise.
did u ride the ducks on 76 hiway&table rock lake? Or the ducks on the landing/taneycome??
table rock lake tour. had a great guide, wish i could remember his name, we even gave him a tip cuz he was so funny. my fiance's daughter got to drive the boat even tho' she's in her 20s.
yes, they are a great bunch! i wish they had "season Passes" for the ducks too.. make sure you ride the landing ducks.. the landing ducks tour the college of hard knocks.. very educational.. always a good time.
copy that man.
another nature trail pic. dont i look like'a rookie? :D
lol... how do you spell Tourist???
LOL
It is spelled. "How-doFolks"
LOL!! just kidding..
you do the showboat also..?
:D i hear ya man! dig my untanned ankles!! :o
nope, never really found time or $$$$ to do the showboat. it would prob'ly be neat but it dont really interest us.
do you have season tickets to SDC?? ???
if so showboat is 1/2 price.. :o :o
makes it about 25-26 bucks, for a good meal, the show and the boat ride..
takes about 2 1/2 hours.... ;D ;D.
Thats cheaper than the shows in town, we do the boat 3 or 4 times a year and once during christmas... ::) ::)
yes, have SDC passes for this year. But, we just dont do shows, just aint our thing. We also try to stay away from Branson in the evening. If we do go in town we ride afew go-carts, get ice cream, & get the heck out'a there. We also are early risers & early to bed, after a day at City we are pretty much done. If we ever stay'd in Branson for a week it might be more possible.
more..
one of the ol' motels ( Shady Oak Motel ) we USED to stay at in Branson, it got too "shady...." can you see my woman on the top tier all the way to the left..?
My wife and I stayed at Shady Oaks Motel a few years ago. Not again! Worn out, tired, long time since anyone remodeled or updated. There was a Shepherd of the Hills Photo of Old Matt's Cabin in a frame on the wall with lettering under it...a leftover promo shot from the 1980s. Blah. Room rate was about $25 at the time, which is what drew us in to the place. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Osceola Cheese!! Was that the original location in Osceola, MO...or have they opened a branch store in Branson? The original is a place I have got to stop at every time I travel up to Lowry City to visit my mom & stepdad.
I have been to the one right outside Springfield off Hwy65 in Ozark, MO.
thats why we stay'd at shady oaks too, cheap.. but, no remote in the room - dead flies still on the window sill. till we was gone to SDC all day & they hadnt fix'd our air conditioner yet ( which they & us already knew it was broke & they promised to fix it before we got back.. ) & that was our last stay! >:(
thats the Osceola cheese on 13 between clinton & collins, we always stop on the way home. i just threw that pic in cuz its part of our SDC trips.
More pics from the sceneic overlook.. AND the big kiss.. :-*
awww!! sweet....

on cart camera shot..
after terrible go-cart crash when my glasses got destroyed
I stopped at the car once when I was flying solo. It was a bit of an eye sore mixed with a work of art. Last summer I believe it was gone. WHere it went who knows!. I have an article on it at home that I will dig out later and add on here.
last summer it was on the south side of 76 hiway. I dont remember where exactly, but did see it throughout the season.
The caddie is detailed in
"Weird Missouri"There is only a short blurb (I thought it was longer)
"Eye of the Beholder" is about the caddie
Google Book Link (http://books.google.com/books?id=1d5J1G9QyXsC&pg=PA146&lpg=PA146&dq=weird+missouri,+caddy&source=bl&ots=M3CrRVlqfD&sig=jmzlFqDt-x7o14bD8fwINy3W1rg&hl=en&ei=6cJATc_eMJCugQfip_T2Ag&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CBkQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q&f=false)
Just as others have done, with some deductive reasoning, I have come to some conclusions that I was able to agree with another person from the wheel covers, the vehicle was more than likely a full-sized Chrysler hardtop from around 1970 if the wheels are a good gauge as to the vehicle.
I read today on a website
Quote"It was aside the road alongside a tourist-y T-shirt shop, whose manager saw fit to come outside and yell at me not to take photos."
once again rube.. you have proven yourself the "jedi master".. LOL
this is it....
the 1 time we slept in tents.. not again! EVER!!
Welp, thats all i got for Branson pics kids, hope ya all enjoyed'm. :)
Are these last photos on the fence and with the tents at "the wilderness" campground SDC operates?
No, the pics of us sittin' on the fence is at the sceneic overlook park on the way to SDC. And the tents is at the old Indian Point Campground. It may be somethin' differant now cuz these pics were back in 2005 or 2006
