Y'all know that bluegrass is my first love...
However, I also play (gasp) electric bass for a local red dirt band here in Oklahoma City.
I'm playing tonight in Mustang, OK at the Silver Stallion with my band, Southern Ride in case any of y'all are looking for a place to party.

Don't want to be too commercial, just thought I'd let y'all know
Everybody be safe, and I'll see you next year once SDC opens (unless you decide to show up for the party)
No worries though, I will still faithfully check the site.
Gotta get my fix, ya know?
Rock on! Have a great time tonight. :)
Red dirt is still a good mix of folk, rock, country, bluegrass, blues, Western swing, and honky tonk, with even a few Mexican influences.
It closes the gap between rock and country-Kinda like country with an attitude.
(For those who wondered...Red Dirt Music is a music genre that gets its name from the color of soil found in Oklahoma. Most critics say Stillwater, Oklahoma is considered to be the epicenter of Red Dirt music.)
That would be correct sir!
Go Pokes! Really kicked the crap outta the wildcats!
