I know this is kinda off the beaten path, but is there anyone else here that are fans of RFD-TV?? I find some of their shows truly relaxing and quiet to watch. "Classic Tractor Fever", "Red Steagall's In The Bunkhouse", "Postcards From Nebraska" and a couple of their cooking shows makes for some relaxing entertainment. They give you the feel of if there was an SDC channel or something. Am I crazy here? ::) Any other RFD-TV fans or followers??
They had Hee Haw on when I was there in October. It was awesome!
The Duttons Christmas Show is on RFD tonight at 9 pm. RFD is on DirecTV 345.
ok. i will check it out.. got the DVR set..
Jim Stafford's Christmas show is supposed to be on RFD on Thursday December 9th at 9 pm. Not sure when it was filmed. The Duttons show that was on this week was filmed in 2003.
I've been watching RFD since well before it opened a theater in Branson. I like old tractors, so Classic Tractor Fever is one my favorites as well as Machinery Pete on Successful Farming's Machinery Show. I also like the cajun campfire cook(can't remember his name, Johnny something I think). For a while RFD was only available on DISH and not DirecTV so there were a lot of my friends who didn't know what I was talking about.
RFD just had a hour long show on acouple days ago that showed alot of ol' tractors, it was cool. We kept it on our DVR.
DVRing old tractors - that just doesn't sound right.
Ok. We recorded it on our DirectTV box thingy. :D
LOL!!! Now thats funny!
:D
Hey, How-Do, I believe you're talking about "Classic Tractor Fever." I watch it sometimes and wish I was riding some of those way out in the country away from everything!
BUT NOT today andy!!! :-\ :-\
That may be the only way you're getting out to the country today.
No, not today. But it is kinda refreshing to watch some good summer country tv while you're being buried in snow.
I like when the veterinarians come one and talk about new products. Really I just like anything to do with farming or animals. It all makes me think of plain life and SDC. I would say simple but nothing about farm life is simple!
