I don't really get out much; I'm a strong introverted personality type, and I also don't have a license or car.... So I tend to stay at home most of the time.

So, what's everyone's plans for Labor Day weekend?

I'm hoping to go to the KC Irish Fest at least one day; I've never missed a single year of Irish Fest, so I just can't stay away. But they don't have as many groups performing of the people I've come to enjoy. So, I'm thinking of just going Saturday night for the Elders concert, during which they're gonna have fireworks.

I'm thinking of going to Santa-Cali-Gon on Monday, 'cause Liverpool's having a free concert there that day. I'm not really much into going to SCG, 'cause it's all the same stuff year after year, but I'd really like to see Liverpool perform.

I'm going to Rock the Light Music Festival in Kansas City at the Starlight Theatre. It should be fun. I'm excited. On Friday I've got a football game. It's a varsity game so I most likely won't get to play very much. Hopefully I get in on a few snaps.

Errrrrr.... I'm so ticked, web design can be some pretty hard crap sometimes. It's not so much the actually building of sites or coding functions, it's really just the coming up with new and good looking designs that really makes everything hard.

At least I've got most of that huge pile of work I was given last week done...

Sometimes my football coaches can be really stupid. We just had a full day of school. Then we all had to go to a 3 hour football practice in the 95 degree weather. Now they told us we have to go to practice at 5:00 AM tomorrow morning. Which means I have to wake up at 4:30. Now that sucks. I love to sleep. Plus I have algebra homework and a couple tests to study for. And then after practice I have to go to school. Grrr!

^Good grief, is that in addition to your afternoon practices?

At least my week will be better. Less work, and some of my personal projects are starting to shape up finally.

School was a half day today because of excessive heat. I was dead tired. I think around one or so I fell asleep on the couch. It's now four o' clock and my mom woke me up. I was tired!

EDIT: Sorry for the double post, I hate to do it.

^Doesn't your school have air conditioning? At my school they never considered letting out because of heat, it's not like it'll be cooler at home.

Btw, double posts don't really matter here.

Our high school isn't air conditioned. Today was probably the last day we're getting out early. And it's much cooler at home. I have air conditioning at home! It's supposed to be in the 80's all week I think now. Which is good.

And I know double posts don't matter but for some reason I hate double posting.

Wow! I feel like I missed a lot on the forums today. A LOT of threads had new posts in them. I love that because it means slowly but surely these forums are growing. I'll probably miss a lot tomorrow also because it's our first football game!! I think we'll do pretty good. Wish me luck!!

I was also elected for freshman student council. We plan the dances and have a float in the homecoming parade. We just kinda plan everything in general.

Also, be watching for the debate forum coming sometime in early September!!

This will be a quadruple post. I'm practically talking to myself here. Anyways, tonight was our first game. It was a victory!! We won 20-0. Unfortunately no freshman got to play at all. That might've been a good thing because I really hurt my elbow in practice yesterday and it hurts like crap. Hopefully I'll be close to 100% by Monday's practice.

On a sidenote, 3 day break from school!!

Nice. I actually tried watching a football game the other day - couldn't do it. It just doesn't draw me. I mean, even in movies, I just don't get it. I like sports that keep up the pace and don't have to stop all the time, like rugby and soccer.
