Saw this on another site...

"Dolly Parton is bringing her popular Pirates Voyage dinner and a show from the southern coast of Myrtle Beach, S.C. to the Great Smoky Mountains.
The country music queen announced Thursday plans to open the attraction at her Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., by spring 2019"

If it works, will we see something like it in about 3 years?

Yes, there is the stand alone (dixie) stampede, this one is a stand alone show located at/near The Island and this show you talk about seems to be a new venue as well.

That 3 stand alone shows

She has yet to duplicate the countried cirque show in Branson, I doubt this one will show up in the Ozarks anytime soon.

Thanks, After I posted earlier I thought about it...

I also dont see that coming to Branson, with her name on it, it would be direct competition to her stampede show, and it does very well there..
