I think the store will be back in the City and will feature stuff for both the new ride and TNT

^The pottery shop will be transformed for this and will sell only Grecian Urns.  Other racks in the store will also offer Parthenon snow globes, Zeus lightning hats, and Nike shoes.

Maybe the potter will just provide the urns for the new store.

:(

In that case, we may have to put some items on clearance and reorder.

I'm told that the walkway bridge has been widened on each side. It's supposed to look even more huge now. I think that indicates some queue will be on it, even if it is just the pay-to-cut line. I'm sure there will also be a lot of people standing around there to take photos of people on the ride coming back to the station.

KY3 posted this yesterday... http://www.ky3.com/content/news/Silver-Dollar-City-reveals-a-few-details-about-new-attraction-435913793.html

Again this keeps getting emphasized:
Quote
The park calls it the biggest attraction EVER. It says will by more than double in size than any other attraction.
Again Wildfire is their biggest and most expensive coaster overall. I am very anxious to see how project 2018 will top it.

On a side note, have fun reading over on the KY3 Facebook page, lol @ the comments on the article.

Wow. We already knew it was expensive and would have at least one world's first, but now they are saying twice the size of the next biggest attraction, and several world's firsts? It just doesn't look that big...

Easy to rack up world's firsts with a spinning coaster though...

And how about that "colossal, world-footprint attraction"... Sounds like more support for the Time Traveler theme. No idea what else that kind of hint could be alluding to.

The fact that they are still talking about spending this much and it being so huge makes me very hopeful again for the theming.

August 16th absolutely cannot come soon enough! I just can't take much more of the speculation; I gotta have answers!  ;D

Oh dear. I made the mistake of doing just that. I swear, these people have never priced a vacation to a theme park before or something. I've done a LOT of research on theme park pricing, and SDC is absolutely one of the best deals out there.

Yup, I agree with you on pricing.  Good grief, they can't give it away.  I've learned to avoid reading comments on anything.  Too much stupidity -

Now you know better than that!  The speculation will then reach a whole new level.

I was at the park yesterday and I can confirm that the coaster will invert there was a support that went at about a 173° angle I couldn't get a pic because I could only see it from TnT. I also talked to a steampunker that when I asked said he was a time traveler and told me to keep a secret but that he was very specifically traveling to 1908... I think this might be significant.
