Anyone going to be at the City for this on the 10th?  We'll miss it by a week.

I have really pushed for a "taste of the city" ticket system where you could buy a book and redeem for " tastes" around the park, but this is a great idea.  I think it might be good if this were offered in the fall fest in the red gold barn with live music and put some premium vendors in there as well.  Thats a big hall and this could be easily done.  It is attractive to me that you can try all the different foods for a decent price including drink ect.     I am 100% behind this.

I have read this and want to go. However I am going a bit later this month. I really like this idea and hope it does well. Maybe next year they will offer it more often?? Who does not want to eat every single skillet for one low price?

It looks better as I look upon it.  If they offered cinnamon bread and funnel cake bites with various toppings, doughs it would be over the top!

It says "your meal includes delicious treats to take home".  I wonder if that could be something like cinnamon bread or cinnamon rolls?  Or something else not on the regular menu?

ok just got back from a weekend at the City.  Someone who worked the Best of SDC menu event said it went over very well and plans are to repeat it next year on Mother's Day and Father's Day weekends.  Since we usually go on Mother's Day weekend this was exciting news to me!
