I would love to see them build an enclosure over the very bottom of the hill, and incorporate a "smoke" or fog effect that the train disappears into at the end of the ride.

I worked on PK in 2007, and the water effect at the bottom of the last drop worked for a week. It was a line of water jets, staggered on each side, to create a water tunnel. Believe it or not, it created enough water on the track/train to through a fault.

Which might be the reason why the special effects were never fully implemented. Seems impractical to have the ride status receive a fault, or error every single time the coaster goes around the loop.
