Who is the actress at the Saloon show?

The dark-haired woman, the one who is the big-city producer of the show? What's the actress' name? Or more specifically, where have I seen her before? She looks really familiar...

That's one of my good friends  ;D
Her name is Rachel Wallace. She is also in 'Smoke on the Mountain' at the Little Opry Theatre, and she plays the Ghost of Christmas Present in Dickens', but she hasn't been in GAC for a while.

Also, in Dickens', the scenes where she isn't the Ghost of Christmas Present, she is a towns person and usually wears the green dress. I also think she is the angel in the cemetery.
