Fire in the Hole ringtone

I'm a huge FITH fan, been riding it since I was a kid. A few weeks ago, I recorded the ride, came home & made a ringtone of the ride sounds & music. Some samples are from that recording, some are sound effects I had or found. Anyway, I though maybe members of this forum might enjoy it, so here's a link to download the mp3.... of course, all copyrights remain with their original authors, this is simply a compilation of sounds....

I'm guessing you sampled the music from the ringtone on SDC's website? I've had that before but without the effects. Cool!

The Fire in the Hole song was my ring tone last year for the 50th Anniversary. Never gets old.   ;D

I did it!!! Freakin awesome I did it! It was as easy as syncing my phone with the computer and opening the file in Windows 7 media center and poof! I win!

Thanks! I've used the FITH_short ringtone for quite a while. I boosted the volume on this one and made it my new ring.

The FITH ringtone from the 50th Anniversary website has been my alarm every morning since the day I downloaded it, but this one is MUCH better!! I love the sound effects!!

Yeah, this ring tone would not work for me. I would either not answer my phone every time someone calls, or I would use another phone to call myself over, and over just so I could listen to the ring tone. :D

Last year, I sat and recorded my own ring tone at the train crossing...It was great hearing a "toot toot" of a steam train whenever I had a phone call!

i recorded the theme song on hubbys cell phone from youtube. I just cant do it on my new fangled touch screen phone......ugh technology such a love hate relationship I have with you

I kept trying to find a steam train ringtone, and I finally found one that was close enough. It's the ringtone for when my mom texts me because her favorite thing to do at SDC is ride the train.
