4th of July weekend.
« on: July 03, 2011, 08:54:20 AM »
Well?  what did you end up doing?

I stayed in the home area, did some work.  Just trying to relax a little.

Plan on watching some fireworks tonite and tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a safe weekend. Please be careful out there, we have already had 3 or 4 deaths here in the state at the lakes already, all teenagers!..  TERRRIBLE just terrible!

Anyway everybody be well today and tomorrow, And make sure you stop for a few minutes and reflect on what the 4th really is about. And Take a moment and thank the people responsible for our rights and freedom.

Happy and safe 4th weekend .... Plan on watching fireworks at Rend Lake this year.  I wanted to say thank you for all the men and women who protect my freedom everyday (my son included).

Went to the Yukon Oklahoma veterans salute on July 3rd

July fourth played a gig in Anadarko, Oklahoma. 12 hours in 100+ degree heat. 4 hour show. It was very very hot.

They did a very good job with their fireworks there and the show was pretty good. That heat and some power issues were wreaking havoc with the sound system but we fought through it.

Al in all we had a really good day  ;D
