eagles lodge is about 1/2 north of 76/SOTH expressway.  They are next door to the pierce arrow theatre,,  Across the street from the Shoji theatre.

Wish I was, Canadian County, Oklahoma, just extended the burn ban through the weekend.
No campfires, no fireworks. No nothing. I want to move.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

I was reading on another thread here where a few people mentioned they were going. Hopefully there will be plenty of trip reports!

I made it to branson on july 2nd and so did everyone else. stayed at caprice motor inn. clean motel. Also took in the landing on the 3rd but due to heat left about 8:00. saw fireworks from afar. enjoyed trip so much I stayed more than a week. also stayed at peach tree inn. nice motel but you better be out by early morning or they will come in anyway and want to clean.     fun time great scenery and hope to be back.

Thanks for the mini fourth of July weekend trip review! Sounds like you got to see some good sky poppers, and got to enjoy a couple of motels.

As far as the Peach Tree Inn, I would rather them come early than not at all. ;)
