SDC "Designer" Jeans

Everytime I go in the General Store I think of the early 80s when SDC sold "Designer" Jeans with "Silver Dollar City" on the back pockets.  I could kick myself now (if I stretch first) for not buying a pair for a souveneir.  Does anybody else remember these jeans?

i wanna say yes, but my brain is still alil' faded from the 80s.
80s weren't good for me, not many City trips, i think 1 in 1987.

This would be around 82 - 83.  I'd buy a pair if they offered them again.

You must have a good memory. I don't remember designer jeans...but I guess it's possible.

early 80's are a little foggy for me too, but it had nothing to do with the city!!!!!!

Interesting, I have not come across any of those... Not that they don't exist, I just have never seen them, I was just beginning to remember things in 82-83 so I am of no help in that dept!

They also used to sell "long john" insulated shirts as late as 1989 at the General Store.  I don't remember if they had the SDC logo on them or not.  Another one of those items I always thought of buying but didn't and now it's too late.  I'd like to see those offered again as well.  I think they were red.

SDC Long John's I DO in fact have! no logo though

I wouldn't mind having a pair of those Silver Dollar City long johns. Just saying.
