Just saw on AOL that the Daina Beach Hurricane woodie rollercoaster shut down last month at Boomers, near Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Allegedly maintanance issues, insurance costs, and low ridership are the reasons. This is a well known coaster in Florida. The news also reported on Screamscape, Theme Park Review, and Coaster Buzz.
