Well....that does it for me with the Chiefs! I have had it with this team! Until I see them put together a powerhouse team, I write them off and will watch them just like I do any other teams. I supported them in the 70's when they were a laughing stock and Arrowhead was half to three quarters empty. I supported them and cheered through the '86 wild card game when we got smoked by the Jets, I backed them through the downslope towards the Schottenheimer era, I cheered and supported them throughout the Schottenheimer era, the Vermeil era, the Herm Edwards debacle and even into this new Pioli/Haley regime. But now....I have had enough! Not only did we set the record of most consecutive playoff losses, but I believe, and I maybe wrong, but I believe we are also the only team in history to have TWO homefield advantages throughout the playoffs and blow them BOTH! I bleed red and yellow, but this one broke my back. There are a lot of Chiefs fans supporting them right now, but there are also a lot that feel like me right now! We have had FIVE coaches take us to to the playoffs since Stram who couldnt get it done, SIX QB's who couldnt get it done (including Montana), and I have been through the Delaney death, the 2 blown HF advantages, Nick Lowery's missed FG in Miami due to Dave Szott's holding penalty, The KC-Buffalo AFC Championship game, the "Lin Elliott" game, etc., etc., And you cant blame it on youth because the veterans under Schottenheimer, Mackovic and Vermeil didnt do it either!
Go Ravens!!!
Thank you, Packers for eliminating the dog killer! No better person to have throw an INT to send his team home!
