Oh man, How-Do!  Not you, too!  I already dread the vroom! vroom! tomorrow.  I'll be wearing ear plugs and holding a good book to endure the agony of it!

Luckily we have our own condo, but we will have to take fewer longer trips vs. frequent shorter trips.  We've decided our boat will stay closer to the marina and it will be anchored in a cove rather than moving up and down the lake.  Higher gas prices will definitely bite, so we are cutting back at home now to try to make it easier this summer and fall.

Interesting topic!  I didn't realize Shad was involved in SOH.  I think I first saw that play when I was in high school.  I've seen it a couple times in the past few years, but nothing compares to seeing it years ago in the Fall.  They used to pass out blankets when the weather was cool.  Remember the warmth you could feel when the cabin was on fire? I think I liked it better years ago when the crowds were larger and they didn't use the canned music in the background.  There was nothing like sitting there listening to the night sounds!

I have yet to meet a kid who hasn't enjoyed the Dixie Stampede dinner show.  Even my teenage nieces who didn't want to go...until they went - and now they love it.  New this year is the lumber jack show.  Sounds like a good time to me!

Yep, I saw that!  And...I was wrong - I thought the sign was on the Mine Restaurant wall.

The app is called Pathfinder.  I think you can get it on android, too?  I didn't get the last newsletter.  I hope I get this one!

I can't go anywhere until I lose this broken knee brace thingy at the end of March (too uncomfortable to sit in the car), but hoping to make a weekend trip as soon as I lose it!  Target destination is Apr. 5, so I'll also post my plans and will offer my BAFs if you meet us at the park.

I would rather spend my money supporting the crafters, but I think it's a great idea!  I wonder if they have considered it.
