Ozark..  I agree... most of there merchandise looks like something you can get at dicks 5 & 10 store or walmart...  Except of course for the SDC logo.\...

   Just not much "special" that is available and can be bought for a fair price..

 While we are on this line of thought. I think it is WRONG that there is so much imported products for sale in SDC.. china, india, foreign crap!  May as well go to walmart.....  ok I'm done.

Well, keep in mind that with HDH this year. HFEC also is supposedly doing a complete makeover on the showboat. I have not heard any numbers on that project, but it is supposed to be all new in 2011 also... So that is 2 properties here doing wok, and of course DW getting the new swing.

true enough,but something we did do, was "upgrade" our daily pass...which was a BAF.  upgrade was 40.00 + 10.00 BAF= 50.00 season pass!  that is a fair price for a season pass.  yes?

well if you want to hit the money making idea.  the could have miniature models of all the attractions. maybe in 1/64 scale?

 how cool could that be, make you own mini SDC at home...

You could even wrap it around a HO train set!!!   OH MAN!!!!  think about that.. would drive the wife nuts..  set up a table in the front room and ................  gotta go, i think i have a train set in the attic!!  cya

i know about shepherd of the hills AND the lights IN branson off of gretna rd, both of which are drive through.  was wondering about the others..  where is the one "3 or 4 miles north of indian point" Not familar with that display.  thanks

oklafan,I dont think that is correct.

I believe they own the best western on the east end of town. (Old branson)... 

I am sure the own next door is owned by different company.. 
 
Have a Great stay and weekend.. make sure you let us all know how it went..

 And if there is anything you need there. .....Just ask Paige or Lance they will handle it!!!

Last year these 2 were cancelled /postponed due to "lack of funding". I have been trying to find out if they will be on display this year. Have sent e-mail to both areas with no response?   Does anybody know for sure if they will have displays this year.?

ozark,  thats right the BAF's are free with your season passes..  the differnece is or was.... last year the nov,dec, BAF your friends had free admission.....after the 1st of the year there was a 10.00 admission fee with the BAF's....
