Nope, the new black outs do not work with our schedule.  I did book a couple of nights there thru Travelocity which was cheaper than our rate.  I ended up cancelling it and booking at the Honeysuckle inn for a couple of nights.  Stayed there 2 weekends in a row.

I might be down in the Tampa/Orlando area at the end of the month for a couple of days.  What all is open down there?  Not really enough time for Disney nor do I want to spend that kind of money.  Any cheaper parks open?  Any parks closer to Tampa?

SDC has been running commercials on TV here in the Tulsa area, saw 2 of them just this afternoon.  First I have seen this year.  They had clips on MRF with people riding it.  I assume they must be employees dressed as tourists.

Swoosh, I agree with that as well and it was what I observed at the City.  Well sort of.  We were actually at the City on season pass only day and I did not have that issue.  The next week we went to WW and it was not a season pass only day and had the issue.

On other thing, I was in line at FITH behind some folks who spotted one of the baldnobbers pictures up on the wall and were giving each other looks and pointing like they were thinking it was some KKK thing.  Pure ignorance.

You absolutely can not believe anything the media reports these days.  They are focused on a spike in new cases, but fail to report the death rate is dropping.  What does this tell us? That is is ridiculous all the panic that has happened.  Yes people will get it but it is not a deadly end of the world thing the media is making it out to be.  As far as idiots these days, this is the generation that were raised by time out mommies.  Before that, kids got their A** beat at school and home if they acted up.  They paid consequences and were better for it.  Then parents were afraid of getting DHS called on them so they did not do it, or did not believe it it because it was "cruel".  There is a big difference between beating your kids rear end (aka, spanking) and child abuse.

I noticed the poor ride operations as well.  The first time we rode TGS it took forever to load and unload, and that was with TB passes.  They appeared to have a bunch of new people and one of the people mentioned today was their first day (that was opening day)

i guess I will hang on to them and see.  Reason I ask is were are back in Branson this weekend to use the free passes for WW to take the kid there tomorrow and Sunday and figured if the expired passes would work might go up to the city for a little bit also.

One thing I forgot to mention about my visit last week.  Both Saturday and Sunday which were season pass only days, it was a whole different crowd.  Everyone seemed well behaved and not rude.  At opening EVERYONE appears to be removing their hats and holding the hands to their hearts during the pledge and national anthem. During normal days seems many people do not bother.  Just a different type of crowd than the general public now days it seems, at least that was my observation, take if for what its worth.

Anybody been to WW since it opened?  If so, how was it with the mask thing?  We are going up this weekend to take the kid on some of our free passes.
