I want to say they have been doing this most of the Summer. Each week, Silver Dollar City makes a Facebook post about the movie being shown at White Water. I think my favorite was Finding Nemo - it just makes sense at a water park. :D

^But it is strange to have a Disney movie at an SDC park.

Didn't they start this last year, or was it the year before? I know a lot of water parks are doing similar things now, so I might be confusing it with another park.

Just another way the industry is trying to diversify itself and get a leg up on the hoards of community water parks. I really don't see the attraction in this, but it must be working. It's tough for waterparks to have any festivals or events that aren't based around playing something while everyone is in the wave pool.

They have been doing the dive in movie thing at White Water Bay in OKC for at least 20 years and maybe  longer. I saw Jaws there in 1992

Yeah, but no one else would go in the water for some reason, and the empty life jackets floating in the wave pool were a little eerie.
